In love with our country, since almost thirty years we have been dedicating ourselves to the art of hospitality, providing customized sales and marketing solutions to tourism and hotel hospitality in Italy.
Italy, our country! The "Bel Paese" in name and in fact. Italy has the largest number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Art and culture, history, natural wonders and gastronomic experiences, excellent winemaking traditions and unique destinations ... and there would be much more to mention.
We are a team specialized in sales and marketing consultancy both abroad and in Italy dedicated to hotels and resorts. In fact we are more of a sort of "an extension of the propertie’s sales department” than mere representatives.
Ours is “tailor-made work” with tailor-made projects for those who rely on us to achieve occupancy and budget goals and the challenges that increasingly arise to compete on the markets.
So far we have dedicated ourselves to the main international markets that "nourish" Italian hospitality and we can count on a wide and consolidated network of contacts and relationships in the world of travel agencies, DMC, Luxury lifestyle Concierge, tour operators and MICE both in Italy as well as in North America, Canada, Central and South America, Australia, Russia, Great Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Scandinavia, Benelux, Turkey, Ireland, Poland, Ukraine and other countries of Central / Eastern Europe and part of Asia.
Over the years we have established excellent relationships with networks such as Virtuoso, Traveler Made and XO Private of which we are also part, and of Signature and Ensemble as well as with some organizations such as The Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotel Group, Relais & Chateaux, Design Hotels , Small Luxury Hotels, today "synergies" of great value that are made available to the hotel or resort with which we collaborate.
We believe in the concept of "coaching" and offer skills and contacts to establish a fruitful collaboration with international markets and their travel professionals, ... in a nutshell, a "synergy" between Italian hospitality and international buyers.
Our strengths are: the true knowledge of Italian destinations from the main cities of art to “hidden” gems and their wonderful peculiarities; the know-how to represent our Collection in the major international markets; our sales missions throughout the year to those destinations, bringing Italy "door to door" to its main buyers, as well as participatiing to the most important international luxury trade shows and events.
Being in Italy allows us to regularly visit the properties we follow and to sit at a table with the owners and managers ... when not in the USA, Canada, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Australia for sales calls or participating in selected trade shows and events as exhibitors on behalf of all the hotels we take care of.
All our activities are enclosed in annual Action Plans that are the basis of our collaboration agreements with competitive, all-inclusive fees including all services, trips and events that allow each individual property to have the costs of the activities under control and to be able to include them in the annual budgets well in advance.

Personalized analysis and development of sales strategies. Targeted improvement of the positioning of hotelsand resorts also at launch phase for new locations.
Support in the evaluation and choice of GDS representation and affiliations in the most important luxury networks to reach a network of travel agencies, consortiums and international tour operators that book individual destinations.
Sales rate analysis in respect to destination and competitors. Development of new pricing strategies to optimize sales on OTA, via company web platform, and alignment of contract rates for operators.
Organization of weekly sales blitzes on behalf of the client to top accounts or specific accounts in the relevant markets; organization of tailored events (dinners, roadshows, or presentation workshops) with client participation. Assistance for exclusive sales blitzes in the relevant markets Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, and Latin America.
