The Castle
The 12th century Castle lovingly restored to its former glory, is located in the center of the historic village of Porrona.
The Castle combines modern day luxury with history in a style that compliment each other magnificently.
Within the Castle you will find a King Suite with private living room, open fireplace, private terrace and bathroom. There are also four fabulous suites each offering their own touch of luxury.
Additional features of The Castle are three living rooms, a spacious dining room, private cellar, card room, kitchen and spaces to enjoy the tranquility.
ROOMS
The hotel offers 25 rooms of different categories: Classic, Deluxe, Suite and Executive Suite.
There are also five different apartments with living rooms and separated kitchens.
All individual, all decorated in authentic Tuscan style, with ancient stones and original wooden beamed ceilings, the rooms are equipped with modern amenities to guarantee a high level of luxury.
Classic Room (5 units)
Spacious double rooms, (min 20 Sqm up to 26 Sqm) are all different between each other.
Decorated in Tuscan style, with antique materials and fine fabrics each one with its own distinctive color from light gray to violet or to the deep blue. are equipped with modern amenities.
Deluxe Room (6 units)
The Deluxe rooms vary between 28 and 32 sqm. Each one is filled by distinctive details and features such as wall coverings in sumptuous coordinated fabrics, wooden beams, views over the village of Castel Porrona and relaxation corners. Some rooms have showers with hydrotherapy jets, four-poster beds and panoramic views.
Suite (4 units)
Elegant spaces, between 32 and 44 sqm., each one comprising of bedroom and a living room.
The Suites are perfect solution in terms of large spaces and elegant decoration reminding to the charming atmosphere of a Tuscan villa overlooking the hills or the narrow streets of the village.
Executive Suite (5 units)
The splendid Tuscan rustic style with refined materials, from antique woods to terracotta and textiles. Spaces range from 42 to 66 sqm. All Executive Suites boast double spa tubs and separate living room area. Some of them feature canopy bed, some other lofts and most of them offer a wonderful view over the famous Tuscan hills. The Executive Suite are perfect for a Romantic escape and for honeymooners.
